Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Global Minds School, Maliyabagh. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our official website (globalmindsmaliyabagh.in) and our school mobile applications.

By accessing our website or installing our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our digital services.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

• The digital portal and mobile application are intended for the educational administration of enrolled students, their registered parents/guardians, and authorized staff.
• Parents and guardians represent that all enrollment details and contact particulars submitted to the school are accurate and up-to-date.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Authorized parents/guardians receive portal access mapped to their registered mobile numbers and student enrollment IDs.
• Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the secrecy of authentication credentials, OTPs, and login access. Any activity originating from your account will be deemed authorized by you.
• You must immediately notify school administration of any suspected unauthorized access or compromise of your credentials.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Users agree to use our digital platforms only for bona fide educational, communication, and fee payment purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, reverse engineer, scan, or breach system security or authentication controls.
• Upload or circulate abusive, defamatory, profane, infringing, or unlawful material through messaging or homework submission channels.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another parent, student, or staff member.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract student, parent, or faculty records.

4. Intellectual Property

• All logos, educational curricula, school publications, photographs, graphics, and design layouts appearing on this platform are the property of Global Minds School or used with explicit permission.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of school materials without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Fee Payments & Online Transactions

• Online fee payments initiated via the school app or portal are routed through secure, verified third-party payment gateways.
• Receipts generated upon successful transactions serve as official acknowledgments. In case of payment failures where money was debited, reconciliation occurs within 3–7 business banking days.
• School fee refund and adjustment policies are strictly governed by institutional admission bylaws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Global Minds School strives to maintain 24/7 reliability for its mobile app and web systems. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions arising from internet disruptions, server maintenance, telecom carrier downtime, or technical contingencies beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination of Access

The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate mobile app or web portal access for any user who engages in fraudulent conduct, abuses communication channels, or violates school rules and state regulations.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rohtas District, Bihar.
